This notice describes the contact options and staff photo workspace on Noble HealthCare’s website.

Contacting a community

Email and telephone links let you contact a community directly. Email links open your email application. Information you choose to send is received through that contact channel so the team can respond to your inquiry.

Please do not send medical records, detailed health information or sensitive identity documents through an ordinary email inquiry. Ask the community how to provide those materials securely.

Staff photo workspace

Staff sign in with a Noble Google account. The workspace receives the person’s name, verified email address and Google account ID to verify access. It uses a staff session cookie to keep the person signed in.

The workspace stores uploaded photos, captions, visual descriptions, activity dates and review history to manage submissions. Drafts are available to the person who submitted them and authorized reviewers. A reviewer must approve a photo and its accompanying text before the approved version appears on the public website. Changes to a published post return to review.

Removing a post stops its publication through this website. Copies that someone has already downloaded or saved cannot be recalled.

Signed resident release forms stay in each community’s established confidential records process. Do not upload signed forms, health records or other sensitive documents to the photo workspace.

Website services and links

The website includes links to maps and official program information. Those services have their own privacy practices. Website hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
