Noble Healthcare is small, family-owned organization, dedicated to delivering high quality care to its residents and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth to its employees. Drawing from the industry recognized operational expertise of its founding team, Noble applies proven strategies that elevate the quality and effectiveness of the care provided.
Noble was founded by Josh and Cale Wester. After graduating from the Marriott School of Business MBA program at Brigham Young University, both brothers went to work operating skilled nursing facilities (SNF) for a national skilled nursing owner/operator.
In early 2013, Josh and Cale co-founded a Colorado based skilled nursing company. Josh and Cale led the company’s acquisition and operations team - focusing on the acquisition of facilities with poor reputations in the community, poor clinical performance, and that were operating in the negative financially. They acquired and operated 3 facilities in Colorado and 1 in California.
In November of 2014 Cale and Josh founded Noble Healthcare. Noticing an increasingly overheated skilled nursing market in metropolitan markets, they recognized a niche in underperforming and underappreciated residential care facilities outside of major metropolitan areas. These buildings provide a much needed service and employment base to the communities they serve.
