Josh Wester, co-owner: Josh is co-founder of Noble Healthcare. Josh is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Josh began in the industry as a Nursing Home Administrator for a large national nursing home chain.  He has operated facilities in Washington State, Colorado, and California. Under his leadership each facility in his charge improved its financial performance, clinical outcomes, and employee satisfaction. As an Administrator and Owner/Operator, Josh has led multiple facilities to zero deficiency surveys. He believes high standards of excellence begin with an emphasis on quality at the facility level. Josh graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master's in Business Administration. Josh is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Cale Wester, co-owner: Cale is co-founder of Noble Healthcare.  His career in skilled nursing began in Northern California with a national skilled nursing organization. He has operated facilities in Washington State, California and Colorado. Cale has been instrumental in the success of both new build facilities with a rehab emphasis and older facilities with a long-term care focus. As a licensed administrator, regional director and now as an owner/operator of skilled nursing operations, Cale has sourced acquisitions, recruited top notch leaders, and led clinical and financial improvement. He believes that a facility can reach new heights when leaders focus on employee satisfaction, financial and clinical discipline, and the development of a forward-looking vision. Cale earned an MBA at Brigham Young University and spends his free time with his wife and four children.
